A banda efetiva do fluxo de tr\u00e1fego de cada usu\u00e1rio \u00e9 usada de forma a atender a par\u00e2metros de Qualidade de Servi\u00e7o(QoS), sendo estimada em tempo real, atrav\u00e9s dos par\u00e2metros da modelagem multifractal \u03b2MWM adaptativa (\u03b2-MultifractalWaveletMode). O esquema de aloca\u00e7\u00e3o proposto visa o atendimento de par\u00e2metros de QoS dos usu\u00e1rios e das restri\u00e7\u00f5es do esquema de modula\u00e7\u00e3o e c\u00f3digo (MCS \u2013ModulationandCodingScheme) da transmiss\u00e3o de downlinkLTE. O algoritmo proposto considera a qualidade m\u00e9dia do canal e a estimativa da banda efetiva em tempo real, atrav\u00e9s da modelagem multifractal\u03b2MWM adaptativado fluxo de tr\u00e1fego de cada usu\u00e1rio,para tomar decis\u00f5es sobre o escalonamento dos recursos de r\u00e1dio dispon\u00edveis. \u00c9 verificada a efici\u00eancia do esquema proposto, comparando par\u00e2metros, como: vaz\u00e3o total do sistema, taxa de perda de dados, tempo de retardoe crit\u00e9rio de justi\u00e7a, com os de outros algoritmos da literatura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Palavras-chave:<\/strong> LTE;
