R.; Neves-Jr., Fl\u00e1vio; Nagai, Elaine Y.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Resumo:<\/strong> Este trabalho apresenta uma metodologia para constru\u00e7\u00e3o de sensores virtuais baseada em t\u00e9cnicas de intelig\u00eancia computacional. O sensor virtual \u00e9 projetado em duas etapas. Na primeira, a partir de um conjunto de medidas de vari\u00e1veis secund\u00e1rias do sistema a ser modelado e de uma an\u00e1lise de correla\u00e7\u00e3o, um mapa de Kohonen \u00e9 aplicado para selecionar a estrutura de um modelo fuzzy ling\u00fc\u00edstico. Em seguida, a ordem deste modelo \u00e9 selecionada atrav\u00e9s dos quocientes de Lipschitz. Na segunda etapa, um algoritmo de agrupamento do tipo fuzzy c-means \u00e9 aplicado aos dados selecionados, gerando um modelo inicial cuja base de regras \u00e9 sobredimensionada. Em seguida, as fun\u00e7\u00f5es de pertin\u00eancia similares s\u00e3o agrupadas, e uma an\u00e1lise de consist\u00eancia \u00e9 realizada reduzindo a base de regras final do modelo fuzzy gerado.
